RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope you're satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please read the information below.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • In its original condition.
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

If you require a different size, please contact us before returning your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photographs of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Vestis Vicinity cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
